Every Act of Service Creates Hope
The Casting Hope Foundation is built on one simple belief: no one who dedicates their life to serving others should have to face life’s challenges alone.
Whether you have an hour each month or want to become deeply involved in our mission, there is a place for you on our team.
From supporting first responder families to offering peer connection, every volunteer helps us create hope, healing, and community.

Connection Network Peer Support
Be the Person Who Listens
Sometimes hope begins with a conversation.
Casting Hope is building a peer connection network made up of first responders, veterans, active-duty military members, healthcare professionals, dispatchers, corrections officers, and others who understand the unique challenges of these professions.
Peer Support Volunteers provide:
-
Compassionate listening
-
Encouragement
-
Resource referrals
-
Connection with community services
-
Hope during difficult moments
Our long-term vision is to establish a 24-hour peer connection line where those in crisis or struggling emotionally can speak with someone who truly understands their experiences.
No one should ever feel alone.
Training will be provided as this program develops.

Holiday Meal & Family Support Team
Serving Those Who Serve
Many first responders, healthcare workers, military personnel, and dispatchers spend holidays working while others are celebrating with family.
Casting Hope hopes to change that.
Volunteers can help:
-
Organize Thanksgiving meal drives
-
Prepare holiday care packages
-
Deliver meals to those working on holidays
-
Host community holiday dinners
-
Coordinate meal trains for families experiencing illness, injury, or hardship
-
Collect food donations through local businesses and community partners
Together, we can remind those who spend the holidays protecting our communities that they are never forgotten.
